  • Supervise cleaning crews of 10–20 technicians on active construction sites

  • Coordinate with general contractors and project managers

  • Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are followed

  • Conduct quality inspections and final walkthroughs

  • Manage equipment, supplies, and project timelines

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in commercial construction or cleaning

  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification required

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to read construction plans and specifications

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Post-Construction Cleaning Technician

Perform specialized cleaning services on mission-critical construction projects including data centers, technology facilities and large commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute rough, detailed, and final cleaning phases

  • Remove construction debris and dust from all surfaces

  • Clean windows, floors, fixtures, and mechanical systems

  • 2+ years commercial cleaning or construction experience

  • OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification preferred

  • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
